In the post, EDLC Leisure said: "We experienced a safety issue with the exit platform from The Leisuredrome's Flume and we aim to have this rectified asap so that it can be enjoyed for the duration of the school holiday.
"We will update as soon as the flume is operational; thanks for your patience!
"Due to unexpected circumstances, the Leisuredrome flume will be closed for the foreseeable future.

It comes after we reported that Glasgow Life announced that the pool at Glasgow Club Bellahouston has been shut until August 2025.
The facility - which originally opened in 2001 - is closed to allow refurbishment works to take place.
It was shut on September 2. The 'essential maintenance work' will include the refurbishment of the poolside plant and pool filtration system, the decommissioning of the external pool, the introduction of entrance gates, and a refresh of the changing village and toilets.
The 'sizeable programme' of renovations is estimated to take one year to complete.
