A former bank building in Glasgow could be turned into a restaurant.
A planning permission was submitted to repurpose an empty building at 2178 Paisley Road West in Cardonald.
The property is currently vacant and was previously used as a TSB branch.
According to documents, applicant Sava Estates proposed to transform the site into a restaurant.

Papers state the new business would "help to animate the streetscape".
They also noted that "in the evenings and in the dark winter months, the splay of light from the large window would illuminate the footpath and contribute to the sense of safety and security of the area".
The bid is currently being reviewed by Glasgow City Council planning officials and a decision is expected by Tuesday, December 17.
