The construction company says the new community will feature a mix of three-, four-, and five-bedroom energy-efficient homes.
It will be situated between Cambuslang and Blantyre.
Louise Caldwell, sales director for Miller Homes Scotland West, said: “Cambuslang has been a highly sought-after location for us over the past 15 years.
"The Hedgerows offers buyers an excellent opportunity to establish roots in South Lanarkshire.
“With a diverse selection of homes from our latest portfolio, families will have plenty to choose from.
"The demand for new homes in Cambuslang has always been strong, due to its exceptional connectivity, amenities and good schooling.
"We expect the launch of The Hedgerows to be no different and would encourage interested buyers to register their interest and speak with our team ahead of Saturday’s launch.”
The firm says a selection of homes will be available for online pre-reservation starting at 9am on Saturday, November 2, with prices from £319,000.
