A popular Glasgow-based restaurant group has announced a new Spanish steakhouse and wine bar as part of a charity initiative.
Six Company, which owns the Six by Nico restaurants, has revealed plans for Bamboleo, a new venture that will replace Beat 6 in Bearsden.
It aims to raise £2 million for Beatson Cancer Charity.

Bamboleo, which will open on November 8, will offer an à la carte menu with a selection of tapas, starters, mains, and desserts, as well as a Galician Sunday roast menu.
There will also be a "specially curated" wine list with Spanish and world wines.
The 48-seat restaurant at 149 Milngavie Road will have a "distinctive" private dining area on the mezzanine level for gatherings, events, and fundraising dinners.
Nico Simeone, chief executive and founder of Six Company, said: "I am very much looking forward to the next steps for us with our fundraising efforts for Beatson Cancer Charity, with the opening of Bamboleo.
"We are very lucky to be in the position that we can have such a concept and I am so excited for the future."
All profits from the restaurant will go to Beatson Cancer Charity, which supports cancer patients and their families treated at the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre.
Gillian Hailstones, chief executive officer of Beatson Cancer Charity, said: "We're thrilled to continue our partnership with Six Company and expand our mission through the launch of Bamboleo.
"Following the remarkable success of Beat 6, we're excited to see Bamboleo open its doors, creating a new opportunity for the community to support those affected by cancer in a truly special way.
"Every meal enjoyed at Bamboleo helps provide essential support to cancer patients and their families, and we're incredibly grateful for the continued commitment of Nico and his team."
