A critically acclaimed supernatural thriller is coming to Glasgow on its UK-wide tour.

Runaway Entertainment has announced that 2:22 - A Ghost Story will play at the King's Theatre in Bath Street from August 25 to 30, 2025.

The "smash hit" show will open its UK tour at Manchester Opera House on August 4 and continue through to June 2026.

The show has been performed for three years in the West End across seven seasons and has been seen by over a million people in 17 countries.

2:22 - A Ghost Story is written by award-winning writer Danny Robins, creator of the BBC podcast and TV series Uncanny, and is directed by Matthew Dunster.

Tickets go on sale on November 1 and are available at ATGTickets.com/Glasgow.

He said: "I was blown away by our fantastically successful UK tour in 2023-24 plus another West End season this year.

"I keep pinching myself to see the huge appetite for my play seems to be ongoing.

"Hopefully this new tour will see a combination of return and first time visits from audiences, bringing 2:22 - A Ghost Story to new people, as well as those who are hungry for more.

"I am genuinely humbled by how well the production continues to be received and am very excited (as you may be) to reveal our cast in due course."

2:22 - A Ghost Story is an adrenaline-filled show where secrets emerge and ghosts may or may not appear.

The story centres around Jenny, who believes her new home is haunted.

She argues with her husband Sam, who is sceptical, and their dinner guests, old friend Lauren and new partner Ben.

They all decide to stay up until 2:22 am to find out the truth.

The show is recommended for ages 12 and above.
