Flats could be built on an empty land in Glasgow near a train line.
A planning application was submitted for 48 flats near Kelvindale train station.
The residential scheme is proposed on a piece of vacant land at 51 Tempe Road, between the Clyde and Forth Canal and a railway line.
Documents reveal the plan includes a five-story building with balconies and a partially covered deck as well as 50 parking spaces.

If successful, the building would consist of one-, two- and three-bed homes.
Glasgow City Council planning officials are considering the application and a decision is expected by Tuesday, December 24.
