Glasgow's Silverburn is set to welcome another major retailer to the shopping centre.
The centre has confirmed H Beauty will open a huge new shop inside the beloved leisure facility.
The iconic luxury retailer will expand its standalone beauty concept by opening its second Scottish location in the centre.
At the moment, H Beauty currently has a store in Edinburgh's St James Centre.

Henderson Park, an international private equity real estate firm, and Eurofund Group, who are the leading pan-European real estate investment and development company, secured H Beauty as the latest brand to join the centre.
Revealing the news, they said the retailer will occupy a 22,500-square-foot unit in the facility.
The flagship store is part of the former Debenhams unit, which has now been re-let following a significant repurposing exercise, which has been central to the joint venture’s proactive asset management strategy.
Meanwhile, the new shop represents the brand's sixth H Beauty store and will offer a range of make-up, skincare, and fragrances from a host of 'exciting brands'.
The new opening follows other retailers recently joining the shopping centre including The White Company, TAG Heuer, All Saints, Polestar, and Rituals, and the huge expansion of ZARA.
On top of that, Kingpin Bowling is set to open in the centre early next year.
In recent years, Harrods has 'significantly' invested in expanding its beauty offering and launched brand innovation H Beauty to deliver the renowned Harrods beauty experience to new communities outside of London.
Silverburn said the news marks 'significant gain' for the centre.
