Ben has developed a 'nasty virus' which has affected his throat, with his doctor ordering him to rest.

Tickets will be carried over to the new dates and ticket holders will be contacted with next steps.

A statement shared by the concert venue from the event promoter read: "It is with regret due to illness, that Ben is unable to perform his shows tomorrow at the Aberdeen Music Hall on Wednesday, 6th November and the Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow on Friday, November 8.

"Ben has a nasty virus, which has severely affected his throat. His doctor has ordered him strict rest for a minimum of 7 days, so his health must come first.

"It goes without saying that he is very upset to not be travelling to Scotland this week. We appreciate this will be disappointing news for everyone who was due to attend.

"The good news is that we have been able to work very quickly with the venues to reschedule the performances to the spring of next year. Your tickets will be carried over to the new date of Thursday, April 10, 2025

"Guidance will be emailed to all ticket holders from the respective venues in relation to what the next steps are regarding your tickets.

"Once again, we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued support."
