Work on the final phase of a 'highly acclaimed' development in Glasgow has begun.
Cruden Homes' has announced work is underway on the fourth and last phase of its King's View development in the city's Toryglen.
Located adjacent to one of Glasgow’s Transformational Regeneration Areas, Clyde Gateway, this phase will deliver 56 new 'high-quality' homes, further supporting the area's large-scale regeneration efforts.

The new properties, situated on Prospecthill Road, follow several highly successful phases of Cruden’s award-winning development in the area.
The housing firm says the final phase will offer a range of two and three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses, each with a private garden.
The development is situated near King's Park and Scotland's national stadium, Hampden Park.
Meanwhile, the developers say the wider area boasts 'exceptional green spaces and top-tier facilities that enhance the lives of residents'.
