A Lanarkshire theme park is on the lookout for Santas.
M&D's Scotland's Theme Park, located at Strathclyde Park in Motherwell, is recruiting for their Destination Christmas event, launching on November 23.
The temporary part-time roles will require the Santas to work alongside a team of elves, greeting families, engaging with children, and reporting their gift wishes back to Santa Claus.
Jensen Taylor Connelly, director of M&D's Scotland's Theme Park, said: "It’s an important responsibility to be able to support the real Santa Claus and pass on all the Christmas gift requests in time for them all to be made.
"Ideally, we’re looking for Santas with their own beards and big smiles, but personality is key and training will be provided."
The chosen candidates will be a part of the park's Destination Christmas event, which runs on various dates until December 24, and attracts hundreds of visiting families.
Ticket details are available at https://scotlandsthemepark.com/events/.
The event includes a range of festive attractions like Santa’s Magical Circus in the Big Top, M&D’s on Ice, a 45-minute show by the famous Chipperfield family, and a magical family experience called 'Believe' featuring festive storytelling.
Visitors can also meet Santa and his elves in his workshop and visit his magical grotto.
Interested candidates should send an email to info@scotlandsthemepark.com.
