A second man has been arrested following the death of a woman in a Glasgow city centre housing estate.
Sandie Butler, 40, from Glasgow, passed away after being found seriously injured in the St Mungo Avenue area in the city's Townhead on Tuesday, October 29.
Now, police have revealed a 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with her death.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, November 11.
We reported how a 53-year-old man was previously arrested and charged in connection with Sandie's death as well.
He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, November 4.
On the day of the alleged incident, cops said they were alerted to a 'disturbance' in the area shortly before 1pm.
Emergency service crews, including police and paramedics, rushed to the scene. On arrival, they found Sandie with serious injuries. However, she was then sadly pronounced dead a short time later.

Following her death, tributes flocked in for the much-loved woman on social media.
One person wrote: "Omg Sandie. I'm so sorry to hear this. I'll never forget the help you gave my sister.
"My thoughts are with your family and friends at this sad time."
Another said: "So sad to hear this about poor Sandie. Lovely person."
A third added: "No, not Sandie. She was such a lovely person. RIP."
