Glasgow's St Enoch Square was taken over by a flurry of festivities this weekend as its annual Christmas market returns.
Winterfest Christmas market is back at the city centre square outside St Enoch shopping centre and visitors flocked to enjoy it on its official opening day on Saturday, November 9.
In our fantastic pictures, guests were seen browsing gifts to buy at the market stalls, enjoying the traditional snacks, having a winter warmer drink in the outdoor bar, and bravely having a go on the funfair rides.
Twinkling lights showcase the name 'Winterfest' at the market's entrance.
The Winterfest market has a capacity of 2000 people and features 16 retail and food stalls, five amusement rides, a bungee trampoline and a snow globe.
Rides include Santa’s Runaway Train, the Grinch Train and a children's carousel.
It will be open at St Enoch Square from November 9 to December 29.
Meanwhile, work will soon begin on the nearby George Square Christmas market which will open on November 23 and be even bigger, hosting 4000 people.
An ice rink, a bar, 19 retail and food stalls, fairground rides and a snow globe are all allowed.
Organisers previously revealed that George Square's market will feature attractions such as an 80m Drop Tower, the Booster Maxx Carousel, the Wave Swinger and a Santa’s Train Kids Carousel.
