A man has died after a car burst into flames following a crash in Johnstone.
Police were called to a one-car collision on Beith Road in the town on Saturday, November 9.
Officers were alerted to the incident at around 2am. Emergency crews then raced to the scene.

Cops say the car involved in the collision caught fire, however, it was put out by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
After that, a 53-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where he was sadly pronounced dead.
The road was closed for several hours following the crash. It reopened at 7.50am.
An investigation into the incident is underway.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 2am on Saturday, November 9, officers attended a one-car crash on Beith Road in Johnstone.
“The Scottish Ambulance Service also attended and a 53-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where he was pronounced dead.
“The car caught fire and it was put out by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
“The road was closed and re-opened around 7.50am.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
