An incredibly successful American singer is set to host a gig in Glasgow next year.
Bonnie Raitt will perform at the city's Royal Concert Hall on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
The 75-year-old is a beloved singer, songwriter, and guitarist whose unique style blends blues, R&B, rock, and pop music.
In 2023, just months after bagging three Grammy Awards, including Song of the Year for Just Like That, Raitt embarked on a successful tour of England, Scotland, and Ireland.

Now in 2025, the musician will return to these places just months after being celebrated for her lifetime of artistic achievements at the 47th Kennedy Center Honors in Washington, DC this December.
During her successful music career, the American star has won 13 Grammy Awards.
She is known for her tunes such as I Can't Make You Love Me, Something To Talk About, Nick Of Time, Feels Like Home, Six Strings Down, and many more.
The venue said: "On sale Friday, November 15.
"Bonnie Raitt returns to Glasgow in 2025! The thirteen-time Grammy-award winning singer, songwriter, and guitarist will be performing songs from across her career.
"Wednesday, June 11, 2025, Glasgow Royal Concert Hall."

It comes after we reported how a well-known English rock band are set to host a gig in Glasgow next year.
Wunderhorse will perform at the city's O2 Academy on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
The band, which is made up of Jacob Slater, Jamie Staples, Pete Woodin, and Harry Fowler, was formed in 2020.

The musical group is known for their tunes such as Teal, Leader of the Pack, Midas, Purple, Rain, Silver, and many more.
Tickets for the concert will go on sale from 10am on Friday, November 8.
