The closures will be in place to allow essential carriageway resurfacing works.
During the works, drivers are being urged to allow additional time for travel in the area.
A diversion will be in place for road users.
A spokesperson for Glasgow City Council said: "Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate extended road closures.
"However, we will make every effort to expedite the work and minimise any inconvenience."
