Next opened its brand-new Glasgow store today - and it is the firm's first opening in the city centre for 25 years.
The new addition to the popular chain, which has taken over the former Debenhams unit which closed in 2021, welcomed eager shoppers into its Argyle Street doors for the first time.
To celebrate the opening of the new store, Next had an in-store DJ downstairs as well as a bagpiper on arrival.
Housing the usual womenswear, accessories and childrenswear, the new store - which was previously stationed across the road (now European shoe retailer, Deichmann) - is said to have one of the biggest menswear floors in the country and a new home fragrance department downstairs.

Brian Irvine, store manager, celebrated the exciting differences of the two-storey shop ahead of its public opening.
Brian, who has worked for Next for more than 22 years and climbed the ranks to manager, told the Glasgow Times: "This store is a different, new and exciting concept.
"We have one of the biggest menswear floors in Scotland and an exciting new home fragrance department downstairs as well as the full range of the usual exciting products."
The store also has fitting rooms as well as an online collection and returns point.
Another exciting element of the store is its longer opening hours.
Compared to the Buchanan Galleries store which closes at 6pm on weekdays, the shop will be open between 9am and 8pm from Monday to Friday, 9am until 7pm on Saturdays and Sunday will see the shop open from 10am until 7pm.
Opening hours are set to increase in December to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8pm on Saturdays.
The move comes in an effort to target post-work shoppers.
