A man is in hospital following an incident in Glasgow.
At around 9pm on Thursday, police say they were called to reports of a robbery and assault in the Lochdochart Road area of Easterhouse.

A 44-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Cops have now said that an investigation has been launched as a result.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 9pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024 we were called to reports of a robbery and assault in the Lochdochart Road area Glasgow.
"A 44-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
