A swimming pool in Renfrewshire is set to be closed for several months.
Erskine swimming pool, which is located in the Bridgewater Shopping Complex in the town, will shut its doors on Sunday, December 15.
The pool will be closed to allow 'essential maintenance work' to take place.
Announcing the news, OneRen Leisure said between December 2024 and March 2025, a programme of repair works to the pool and its plant room will be carried out.
They also revealed during the closure, swimmers will be able to access the services other swimming pools across the area.
While the repair works will take place until March next year, it is unknown exactly when the facility will reopen.

A spokesperson for OneRen Leisure said: "A programme of essential maintenance work will soon begin at Erskine Swimming Pool. Unfortunately, this will mean its temporary closure from December 15.
"Between then and early March 2025, we will be carrying out a programme of repair works to the pool and its plant room.
"Pool users will be able to access our other swimming pools during the closure.
"Those with swimming lessons booked will be contacted directly this week.
"We apologise for the inconvenience caused."
