A 'popular' Glasgow cafe has been put up for sale six months after opening.
Eatery, which is based on Minard Road in the city's Shawlands, is on the market for offers over £35,000.
The brunch spot opened in May 2024 and the team announced their temporary closure on October 27 to do "important maintenance" and assured they'd be back "soon".
Now it has been listed in what its agents describe as an 'excellent' opportunity for a new owner to take over.

The space has recently been refurbished with seating for 18 people and a counter area with a kitchen and toilet to the rear.
Running a cafe in Shawlands could bring a healthy mix of students, young professionals and families who enjoy its active cafe culture.
The premises have class 1 use and serve coffees and a modern menu from the good sized kitchen, but could cater for a wide range of similar food offerings as well as a takeaway and delivery trade.
