A woman has been arrested after being caught with a 'knife' in Airdrie.
Police revealed at around 4.20pm on Sunday, November 17, the 44-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with allegedly having a blade in a public place in the town.
She is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Monday, November 18.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "On November 17, 2024, about 4.20pm, a 44-year-old female was arrested and charged in connection with having a knife in a public place in Airdrie.
"She is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff court on Monday, November 18."
