A new 'Chinese tapas' restaurant has opened near Glasgow.
Charlie Chans is now open in Cumbernauld.
It has taken over the former Milano Express at the Old Inns roundabout near the M80.
The Chinese eatery serves tapas-style sharing dishes as well as classic meals like chicken curry and sweet and sour.
They said they 'look forward' to serving the community.
It comes after Milano Express closed down in August 2023 due to rising costs and 'sky-high' energy prices.

The restaurant and takeaway served a range of Italian dishes and was loved for its pizzas.
Meanwhile, a Chinese buffet called Red Lantern is set to take over the former Houstons Bar & Grill in Cumbernauld, which closed in July after two years in operation.
