Argyle Street in the city centre has been transformed into a festive wonderland this Christmas season.
The street has been renamed Stargyle Street and is home to Europe's largest star tunnel.
This 20ft tall, 20ft wide, and 80ft long immersive attraction stretches along one of the city's busiest streets, enveloping visitors in a canopy of shimmering lights.
The tunnel also features an interactive element, with a special activation button that triggers a chasing light sequence, representing Santa's sleigh taking off.
The City Chambers in George Square is the centrepiece of a state-of-the-art lighting and projection show provided by 21CC Group.
Running nightly from 3.30pm to 10pm, the display brings to life North Pole-inspired themes, snowy landscapes, and playful designs featuring candy canes and swirling snowflakes.
The festive showcase highlights Glasgow's stunning architecture and fills the square with holiday cheer.
WinterFest, the city's largest winter market, spans George Square and St Enoch Square.
This family-friendly event features food and gift stalls, alongside classic attractions like ice skating, a helter-skelter, a carousel, and thrilling rides.
Jacqueline McLaren, Glasgow's Lord Provost, said: “Christmas in Glasgow is always a magical experience especially when shared with family and friends.
"The festive season is now in full swing.
"I’d encourage everyone to visit the markets, the tree and see all the sparkling lights in George Square then take a walk through our new star tunnel on Argyle Street adding even more sparkle to Christmas.”
