An 'established cafe' in a busy Glasgow area is on the hunt for new owners.
Comet Pieces, which is located on Queen Margaret Drive in the West End, has been listed for sale.
The business is being sold by Kirkstone. The property firm says it is looking for offers in the region of £45,000 for its client's leasehold interest in the property which will include the goodwill of the business, fixtures, and fittings.
The food spot is located on the ground floor of a mixed-use four-storey tenement building.

Internally, the cafe is rectangular with customers' tables and chairs at the front and the serving counter to the rear.
Behind the counter is the commercial kitchen which is fitted out to a professional standard.
The listing reads: "The business Comet Pieces is an established cafe/takeaway business which enjoys regular all year-round trade from customers, such is the trading position.
"The bespoke menu the current operators offer is reflective of the success of the business and, in turn, benefits from high levels of repeat custom from locals.
"The business trades Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm. The current operators have decided to sell the business due to a change in circumstances, thus creating an exciting self-employment opportunity.
"The lease is available by way of assignation, for the residual term of the lease, which expires in 2032. The rent currently is £11,000 per annum and will increase to £12,000 per annum in 2027.
"Offers in the region of £45,000 are sought for our client's leasehold interest in the property including the goodwill of the business, fixtures and fittings. Stock will be available at valuation.
"A copy of the Energy Performance Certificate is available upon request."
