An urgent warning has been issued as part of a Glasgow road will be closed this weekend.
Glasgow City Council has revealed Maryhill Road in the city's North will be shut from Acre Road to Dalsholm Road, Citybound on Saturday, November 30.
The closure will be in place between 7am and 6pm to allow carriageway patching works in the area.

During the works, the local authority is warning drivers to expect 'delays' and to 'avoid the area' if possible.
A diversion will be in place for road users.
