A person has been rushed to hospital after an emergency incident in Cumbernauld.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) were called to reports of a crash involving two motors on Greenrigg Road on Friday, November 29.
The service was alerted to the collision shortly before 8am.
In total, two fire trucks were sent to the scene where crews assisted other emergency services.
Four people were put into the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service and one person was then taken to hospital.

A spokesperson for the SFRS said: “We were alerted at 7.55am on Friday, November 29 to reports of a collision involving two cars at Greenrigg Road, Cumbernauld.
“Operations control mobilised two fire appliances and firefighters assisted emergency service partners at the scene.
“Four casualties were in the care of the Scottish Ambulance Service, who transported one of the casualties to hospital.
“Crews left the scene after ensuring the area was made safe.”
