A plan has been submitted to build more than 700 flats and 1000 student homes on a vacant Glasgow land and car park.
The proposal, named College Gardens, would see six buildings erected in Carlton, on the site of the former College Street Goods Yard.
Currently, the area is vacant and unused, although part of it is home to a car parking facility.
The housing scheme would sit next to the Collegelands development, which is also in the planning stages, as well as railway lines.
Together, they would create a "superblock" of newbuilds.

According to documents, the proposal would "bring an opportunity to reinvigorate the local economy with an increased footfall and activity".
Nearby streets - High Street, Gallowgate, Duke Street - "have been impacted over time with the gradual depopulation of the area and recent changes in retail trends resulting in an increase in vacant units."
It would consist of 713 residential units and a 1030-bed student accommodation.
Alongside the buildings, the plan includes green spaces, squares and play areas to combat a "distinct lack" of these in the city centre.
The main addition would be a park located in the heart of the site, which would include paths for pedestrians and cyclists.
Applicant Apsley said these spaces would enable people to "build and maintain social capital" such as friendships and networks.
Last year, a similar bid was accepted by the council for this area, however, some changes have been made to the new bid.
This includes a new student block and the removal of a triangular building from the papers.
Glasgow City Council officials are considering the proposal and a decision is expected by Friday, March 2025.
