A Loganair flight was forced to return to Glasgow Airport after taking off due to an issue.
The airline revealed flight LM407 to Benbecula, which is an island in the Outer Hebrides, was diverted back to Glasgow on Tuesday, December 3, as a 'precautionary measure due to a minor technical issue'.
Following the problem, Loganair has said subsequent travel has been arranged for customers affected.

A spokesperson for the airline said: "We can confirm Flight LM407 from Glasgow to Benbecula was diverted back to Glasgow on Tuesday morning as a precautionary measure due to a minor technical issue.
"Subsequent travel has been arranged for customers to allow them to get to their destinations as soon as possible.
"The safety and wellbeing of our customers and crew is of the utmost importance to us at Loganair.
"We thank our customers for their understanding and ground crews for their assistance.”
