With vaccine passports required in certain settings in Scotland from today, there are various ways to show evidence of your vaccine status.
Many people will choose to use the NHS Scotland Covid Status App which can be scanned to access nightclubs, indoor live events with 500+ people unseated, outdoor live events with 4000+ people unseated and any event with 10,000+ people.
However, if you don't have a smartphone and can't access a digital copy of your vaccine status, don't worry - you can order a paper copy online or on the phone.
Here's how to order a paper copy of your vaccine passport...
How to order a paper copy of my vaccine passport
You can order a paper copy of your vaccine passport via your vaccine portal.
To access your vaccine portal, you must register an account using your unique username.
Your unique username can be found in the letter, email or text you were sent inviting you to attend your vaccine appointments.
Once you have created an account, status of your vaccination can be found by selecting "vaccination status".
On the bottom of the page, you can select "request a paper copy", which could take up to 14-days to arrive by post.
Alternatively, you can order a paper copy by phoning the specially designated Covid status helpline on 0808 196 8565, open from 10am-6pm every day.
This paper copy, like the NHS Scotland Covid Status App, can be used for international travel and will include barcodes which can be scanned by venues.
These barcodes are uneditable and use special ink to prevent forgery.
