THE American baked goods chain Cinnabon, which is famous for its icing-covered cinnamon rolls, has announced that it will be opening its first Scottish location this summer.
The new store will be opened in Livingston and be situated in one of the country's largest shopping centres, The Centre.
Patrick Robbertze, centre director at The Centre, Livingston, said: “We are really looking forward to the arrival of Cinnabon, which is guaranteed to be a big hit with fans and those yet to try them out, and we are delighted to be the first site in Scotland to welcome them.
“This is a very exciting time for us at The Centre, Livingston with the recent opening of Rituals and Cinnabon coming soon, which are both great additions to our existing portfolio of fantastic places to shop and dine out.
“We are planning to announce the arrival of even more fantastic new brands to The Centre, Livingston which will really enhance the overall experience for our visitors.”
Cinnabon specialises in a number of baked items such as its large and mini Bons which come in a variety of flavours such as the Classic Cinnabon with Makara cinnamon and signature frosting, ChocoBon and Carmel PecanBon.
When and where will Scotland's first Cinnabon location open?
Scotland's first Cinnabon location will be opened in the heart of The Centre in Livingston.
An exact opening date has not yet been revealed but the store is set to start serving customers next month.
This is not the first Cinnabon location in the UK, with dozens being found in places like Manchester and London.
There are currently 11 locations in the UK, according to the Cinnabon Store Locator on its website.
The brand, which was established in 1985, operates in over 48 countries and boasts over 150 stores and locations worldwide.
