Every sports fan and reader will have their own ideas on that one, just like they will know the outfits that made them cringe.

After the success of the 100 Greatest Scottish Sporting Icons series a year ago, this time around we will be acknowledging the kits, colours and designs that have been universally loved – or hated – by Scots sports fans over the years.

Next week sees the start of another series and one which is bound to divide opinion, with the 100 Most Memorable Scottish Kits, featuring the most famous – and infamous – designs over the years.
