KYLE BRADLEY is confident the next generation of Rangers stars can progress along the pathway that is in place between the Under-20s and first team squads.
The defender is one of a number of Light Blue kids that have been involved with Steven Gerrard’s side so far this season.
Ross McCrorie has started against Bury and in both legs of the Europa League win over FK Shkupi, while winger Glenn Middleton has caught the eye in his maiden outings at first team level.

Bradley was on the bench for the goalless draw in Macedonia on Tuesday night and is pleased to see there is a route from the Hummel Training Centre to Ibrox.
He said: “When you see the likes of Ross coming through, that shows the good work that the Academy has been doing.
“I feel we have now got a common goal and we know that we have got players in the Academy that can push into the first team and hopefully more boys can do what Ross has done over the last few months.
“It is really encouraging for us that we can see that pathway into the first team from the 20s. Maybe it has not been like that in previous years.

“With the gaffer and the coaching staff coming in, even the one that aren’t with the first team just now can look at us and see they can be involved.
“That is really important and it is a real motivation for the 20s knowing that the gaffer is keeping an eye on you.
“It is great to see how Glenn has been improving and that he has got his chance. I think the gaffer likes his directness and how he is willing to take players on one v one.
“We saw that last season when he joined us. It is good to see he is taking that into the first team stage and he is able to do it at a higher level so we are really pleased for him.”
