STEVEN GERRARD was pleased to see Lassana Coulibaly back in blue as he returned to the Rangers starting line-up on Saturday.
The on-loan midfielder missed several weeks of action with a thigh injury and didn’t feature in crucial European and domestic matches.
Coulibaly opened the scoring against Dundee and boss Gerrard said: “We’ve missed him, his power, his energy, his tenacity, the way he bites at people.
“I was thinking about taking him off at half-time but I just wanted to give him another 10 then get him off and save his legs. Hopefully we can use him again on Thursday if the fitness coach allows.”
