Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle scouts all took in Hearts vs Rangers last weekend to watch youngster Aaron Hickey.
The defender, 17, is expected to have a huge career in front of him and has been touted with a move to Manchester City.
Rangers are also understood to be keen on the player but a host of English Premier League sides watched his progress against the Ibrox outfit at Tynecastle, claim the Scottish Sun.

Southampton and Norwich City are also rumoured to be monitoring Hickey.
