Scotland's Liam Cooper has withdrawn from the squad for their Euro 2020 qualifier double-header with Cyprus and Kazakhstan.
The Leeds United defender suffered a groin tear against Blackburn Rovers and has since made himself unavailable for selection.
It comes as Kieran Tierney was Steve Clarke's high-profile omission after Arsenal requested he not be picked for the two games.
Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay also looks doubtful after he was carted off against Brighton during his side's 3-1 win at Old Trafford.
It is not yet known which player Steve Clarke will bring in to replace Cooper as Charlie Mulgrew is already out.
