Marian Shved will NOT return to Karpaty Lviv on loan even if Neil Lennon decides to sanction a short-term move for the winger.
Shved has struggled for game time at Celtic since his move from Ukraine and has only made three appearances in a Hoops shirt. After signing initially for Celtic under Brendan Rodgers, the player was immediately loaned back to Karpaty before returning to Glasgow where he has failed to adjust thus far.
Reports recently claimed his former club Karpaty are interested in bringing him back for a third spell should manager Neil Lennon not have him in his plans for this upcoming season.
However a source close to the player has rubbished suggestions of a return to Karpaty and hinted that - should he move anywhere - it would be to play at a higher level.
There is understood to be interest in the 22-year-old from clubs in the Bundesliga and the top league in Belgium.
