Real Betis have entered the race to snap up Moi Elyounoussi from under Celtic.
The Spanish outfit have reportedly been tracking Elyounoussi and could be prepared to make an offer for a loan deal for the upcoming season.
The player's parent club, Southampton, are understood to be open to allowing the Norwegian back out on loan and Celtic are definitely keen to keep him at Parkhead. But now they face competition from Betis, according to media outlet VG Sport in his native country.
Elyounoussi played 20 times for the Hoops last season, scoring seven goals including a vital strike against Hibs in the Betfred Cup semi-final at Hampden. An injury kept him out the team before the coronavirus pandemic hit.
