Chris Sutton has urged Celtic to bin Boli Bolingoli as the defender 'doesn't give a s***' about his teammates or the club following his secret Spain trip before the Kilmarnock game.
The defender flouted strict quarantine rules set by the Scottish government as well as demands from manager Neil Lennon and the club about activity away from match days and the training ground at Lennoxtown. It has been reported the left-back did not tell anyone about his trip before coming off the bench at Rugby Park a few days later.
There should be no way back for Bolingoli at Celtic now. If he knowingly went to Spain before the Kilmarnock game and broke quarantine rules he showed he really doesn’t give a sh## about his teammates, the manager and the support... Celtic should get rid immediately

Sutton let rip on the Belgian, insisting it's time for the club to cut ties with the player. The former Hoops star saying his actions show he does not care about the club or the rules. "There should be no way back for Bolingoli at Celtic now," Sutton said.

Bolingoli told the Scottish Sun that he was remorseful of breaking the rules, and held his hands up to accept the internal punishment which could be forthcoming. He said: "I have made a huge mistake. I want to apologise to my Manager, my team mates, the supporters, everyone at Celtic and so many others for letting them down so badly. I am guilty of a major error of judgement. I know what I did was wrong and I know that I must now deal with the consequences."
The club have confirmed they have launched an internal probe on the matter.
