IAN McCALL has bolstered his side's attacking ranks with the signing of Livingston forward Salim Kouider-Aissa on a one-year loan deal.
The striker shot to prominence at Queen's Park last season, racking up 17 goals in 36 games in all competitions, before leaving the League Two club to move to the Tony Macaroni this summer.
The 24-year-old has made four appearances from the bench for Livingston this season and has been sent out on loan to gain first-team experience at Firhill in the upcoming League One campaign.
Speaking to the club's website, Thistle manager McCall said: “We are delighted to secure Salim for this coming season.
"There were a number of clubs interested in Salim and I’m really pleased he chose to come to Thistle. He is a goalscorer and it says a lot about the boy that 18 months ago he was playing Junior football.
"I hope he really enjoys his time with us and that he does as well as a couple of unknown juniors who I signed many years ago!”
Kouider-Aissa is Thistle's seventh signing of the summer after Ross Docherty, Richard Foster, Connor Murray and Ciaran McKenna all signed permanent deals, with Rangers pair Rhys Breen and Kieran Wright joining the Jags on loan for the season.
