Boli Bolingoli was forced off with an injury during this evening's Champions League clash between Istanbul Besaksahir and RB Leipzig.
The on-loan Celtic left-back collided with his own player in the first-half in Turkey and attempted to play on but had to make the walk off the pitch to be replaced by former Tottenham attacker Nacer Chadli.
The ex-Rapid Vienna ace was withdrawn after just 36 minutes of the action. It was 1-0 to the visitors at the time thanks to Yussuf Poulsen.
The German outfit lead 2-1 at half-time after Nordi Mukiele doubled their lead before Irfan Kahveci pulled a goal back.
Bolingoli has been a stalwart with Besaksahir since his move from Parkhead following his breach of strict Covid-19 protocols when he went on a day trip to Spain without telling the club. He also played off the bench for the Hoops that following weekend against Kilmarnock without self-isolating.
