CLUB 1872 will vote in favour of all eight Resolutions at the Rangers AGM on Tuesday.
The Ibrox board will stage a virtual meeting at noon tomorrow as Douglas Park chairs the shareholder gathering for the first time since succeeding Dave King.
Club 1872 have agreed a deal with King that will see them purchase his major shareholding in RIFC plc if members can raise the £13million asking price over the next three years.
The fan organisation are currently the sixth largest shareholders at Ibrox and they will vote to pass each Resolution following a member poll in recent days.
A statement read: “All the shares held by Club 1872 Shares CIC and Club 1872 Projects CIC will now be voted in accordance with members' wishes.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our members for their ongoing support."
