SCOTTISH darts legend Peter Wright kept his festive spirits up with a World Championship win - while dressed as The Grinch at Ally Pally.
The 50-year-old kicked-off the defence of his title with a 3-1 second round victory over Steve West on Tuesday night.
Wright - known as 'Snakebite' at the oche - has become famous for his weird and wonderful outfits during his career.
And the World Champ took it up a notch in front of a limited crowd in London as he wore a Grinch outfit for the opening night clash.
His customary Snakebite hairdo was given the same green tint as his eyebrows, while a custom face mask and fluffy gloves completed the look as he took to the stage.

Wright raced into a two sets lead before West pegged him back in the third of the match to give himself a shot at a shock win.
But the Scot saw out the match by taking the final set 3-1 as he finished on Double 10 to book his place in the third round.
Earlier in the night, Diogo Portela was a surprise 3-0 winner over Steve Beaton, while Jeff Smith beat Keane Barry.
