The Ibrox outfit were awarded the silverware on Saturday after they defeated Aberdeen 4-0 at Ibrox, which completed an unbeaten league season for Steven Gerrard and his side.
Tavernier, who has been with Rangers since Mark Warburton signed him in 2015, lifted his first major honour with the club post-match.
The right-back has endured more turmoil than any other player in the Rangers squad throughout his tenure north of the border, as such it was fitting that he was the man to lift Rangers' 55th title.
In the video, Tavernier is seen sporting a ‘Champions 55’ t-shirt, before placing the trophy in a cabinet.
