With Covid-19 restrictions finally easing up, pubs can once again show sports indoors. The return of this means the return of trying to find a pub with availability that is showing your game.
With the Old Firm game approaching on Sunday, many venues have already sold-out tickets and will not be offering walk-ins. Whether you missed out on getting stadium tickets, or just missed the atmosphere of the pub, we’ve put together some of the places you’ll be able to catch the game before kick-off at 12pm on Sunday.
Bristol Bar
600 Duke St, Glasgow G31 1JX
Due to massive demand for entry, Bristol Bar have had to implement new policy for the Old Firm game on Sunday. The event will now be ticketed, and will be available from William in the bar, according to their notice.
Entry will not be given without a ticket and it’s a one ticket per regular policy.
Louden Tavern
111 Copland Rd, Glasgow G51 2SL
The Louden Tavern on Copland Road will be operating a first come, first serve policy. No ticket or bookings.
They are licenced from 11 however have said if there’s a queue people will be let in early, but no service until 11am.
The Louden Tavern are 18 and over in all areas, including the beer garden.
The Old Quarry Bar
38 Cathcart Rd, Rutherglen, Glasgow G73 2QZ
The Old Quarry Bar will also be operating a walk-in first come, first serve policy. So make sure you get down nice and early to get in!
