RANGERS midfielder Ryan Jack has handed Ibrox fans a massive boost after a social media post revealed his return to training.
The Scottish international has had a year to forget after missing out on Scotland’s first appearance at a major tournament in over 20 years after qualifying for Euro 2020.
The 29-year-old also missed the final months of Rangers’ record-breaking 55th title win after picking up a calf injury in February.
The Rangers midfielder took to social media platform Instagram earlier this morning revealing his return to the training pitch at the Rangers Training Centre.
Jack uploaded a photo brandishing his used Nike Tiempo football boots attached with the lyrics “Nothing feels better than this” from Khaled’s hit song ‘Better’.
Playing an integral part in the Rangers midfield in recent years, the fan favourite will be eager to return to his form of last season, gaining the plaudits of many for his remarkable stamina and vision in the middle of the park.
Steven Gerrard currently faces an injury headache with several key players missing.
Ryan Kent is set to be out until after the international break after picking up a hamstring injury in the 2-0 defeat to Lyon, while Filip Helander faces a lengthy spell out with a return expected in December.
