HIBS look set to land ex-Blackburn boss Steve Kean as their new academy director, according to a report.
Easter Road chief executive Ben Kensell has identified the Scottish coach, 54, as the man to lead the new youth set-up.
The Scottish Sun say that Kean's arrival is part of several behind the scenes reshuffling.
The report says club owner Ron Gordon and Kensell are continuing to put their own stamp on things.
Sporting director Graeme Mathie left the club last month, while Gordon’s son Ian has been working with the recruitment department.
On Kean, he started his career at Celtic as a player.
As he ventured into coaching after his playing days, he worked as a No.2 as Fulham, Coventy, Real Sociedad and Blackburn.
He then gained the opportunity to become manager at Ewood Park.
Since then, he’s had stints in Brunei, Crete and Australia
