HEARTS winger Barrie McKay appeared to be struck by objects thrown by Celtic supporters in the stand during his side's 1-0 Premiership defeat on Thursday night.
Kyogo Furuhashi's first-half strike was all that separated the two teams in an exciting contest in Glasgow's East End but the incident involving McKay soured the evening.
The former Rangers player twice approached the corner flag next to the stand where the Green Brigade, the Celtic fans' group, reside and could be seen complaining to referee Bobby Madden on both occasions.

Television footage appeared to show missiles being thrown in McKay's direction, with one clip showing a plastic bottle hitting the 26-year-old in the back.
