SCOTLAND's friendly match with Poland raised almost £400,000 for UNICEF's appeal for Ukraine.
Steve Clarke's side met the Poles at Hampden last Thursday as part of a challenge match to help raise funds in a show of solidarity with war-stricken Ukraine.
The game finished 1-1, with a crowd over just under 40,000 in attendance at the national stadium.
A donation of £10 from every ticket sold was sent to UNICEF as part of the game.
And the Daily Record say that just under £400,000 was totalled to be donated to the hugely worthwhile cause.
These funds will support families in Ukraine and those who have been displaced to neighbouring countries such as Poland by the Russian invasion.
The friendly game was arranged following FIFA’s decision to postpone Scotland’s World Cup Play-Off Semi-Final against Ukraine.
