CRISTIANO RONALDO has requested to leave Manchester United this summer, according to a report.
The global superstar is keen to move on from Old Trafford for a second time in his career.
The Times report that the Portuguese forward wants to leave the Red Devils should they receive a reasonable offer in this transfer window.
Ronaldo, 37, is believed to want to continue playing in the Champions League for as long as possible.
The report states that the ex-Real Madrid star is confident he has another three or four good years left in his career.
He re-joined the Reds last August following a £12million move from Juventus.
And with new boss Erik Ten Hagg just in the door, the Dutchman looks set to head into the new season without United's star player.
Chelsea and Bayern Munich have already registered their interest in the striker.
