Bevis Mugabi has admitted that the offside lines in the VAR call to award Rangers their second goal at Fir Park were "suspect".
The defender cited major controversy surrounding Todd Cantwell's strike to make it 3-2 after question marks over Fashion Sakala's position in the build-up.
The Rangers forward was sent down the left flank before sending into the box, where Cantwell eventually finished after some heroic defending.
However, fans questioned whether the goal should stand after watching the tight call being reviewed on VAR.
Some fans were left aggrieved by the lines drawn for the offside and were adamant the goal should have been chopped off for offside.
Mugabi suggested the call was "questionable" as he reflected on the 4-2 defeat.

He told Lanarkshire Live: "It's been a bit questionable. A lot of people have noticed the lines look a bit suspect but that is out of our control, we can't control what VAR does.
"All we can do is focus on ourselves and make sure we do what we are supposed to do during the game.
"It is just a shame we couldn't hold on for a bit longer than we did after the goal and the sending off didn't help us either.
"You could still see the team staying compact, talking to each other and focusing on the job in hand.
"I think the manager has installed a mental toughness in us that we need to win games and get results when needed."
Motherwell boss Stuart Kettlewell commented: “I need some clarity. The Sakala offside for the third goal which was a massive moment in the game.
“I’d also like clarity on Calum Slattery’s second yellow card. There’s contact but he’s trying to protect the ball and he’s not got awareness of the guy behind him and the contact’s made on Cantwell’s shoulder.
“That becomes really frustrating."
