Liel Abada has emerged as an injury doubt for Celtic ahead of the derby clash against Rangers next month.
The winger has reportedly been sent home from Israel training due to a "minor knock" but could face a spell on the sidelines.
The Scottish Sun claim Abada has been sent back to Celtic for treatment on the quad injury.
And Israeli reports suggest he could face more than two weeks out - with the match against Rangers at Parkhead looming on April 8.
Abada had travelled in the hopes of shaking off the injury and playing in Euro 2024 qualifiers for his country.
But, despite his best efforts, he won't feature against Kosovo or Switzerland for Israel.

However, he was praised for his endeavour and desire by national team boss Alon Hazan who insisted the Celtic star did everything he could to play.
He told Sport5: "To 'Abda's credit, it will be said that he did everything, even before the gathering, to get to the national team and he came here and was unfortunately injured.
"It was a minor injury, and would still limit him to play.
"He did not agree to give up the possibility of being trained for the game.
"He did everything possible to get ready, but unfortunately this is not possible."
